Renovated in 2002 this complex comprises a total of 130 apartments spread over 7 floors. It offers a lobby with 24-hour reception caf bar TV room laundry service (additional fees apply) and parking spaces. In the summer and during the high season due to the proximity to the nightlife (bars pubs discos etc.) the complex is recommended for young guests not for families. During the high season the complex charges a deposit of around 30 euros per person at check-in. This deposit will be refunded at check-out once the apartment has been checked for damages. The complex reserves the right not to refund this deposit if guests continually cause noise and disturb other guests. There may be many young guests staying at this complex during the high season and therefore older clients as well as families may not feel comfortable here at that time. An additional deposit of around 20 euros is required for the use of the telephone line. These deposit amounts may change at the discretion of the complex.
